Ismail Ahmed

Managing Partner

Ismail is a public health physician and development practitioner with nearly two decades of progressive experience in health care

design and delivery, spanning public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He has gained a deep understanding of Nigeria’s policy and political ecosystem as well as the dynamics of global health and development. He has led complex projects in resource-constrained and fragile settings across MNCAH, Family Planning, Immunization and PHC System Strengthening, engaging and working closely with key stakeholders at both national and subnational levels to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the pursuit of health and development goals. A medical doctor with strong academic profile at postgraduate level, including Master of Public Health, Master of Health Economics and Community Health Fellowship of the West African College of Physicians. Certified Economic Evaluation in Health Care from the Switzerland Schools of Public Health Plus (SSPH+), Royal College of Physicians led RCP/WACP M-PACT clinical training on Malaria, HIV and TB, amongst other clinical, public health and management trainings.

as the Company Secretary and Operations Director responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the firm. He coordinates policy and strategy implementation, organizational efficiency and resources/logistics management, including initiating and facilitating business engagements and client communication. Haruna’s professional experience is in legal practice, real estate, management and development consulting and he has worked in various parts of Nigeria mostly in the private sector. His academic background is law with LLB, LB and LLM in Energy and Natural Resources Law and Policy.

Health & Tropical Medicine from the University of Oxford as well as Master of Health Economics and Bachelor of Pharmacy degrees. She has almost a decade of real-time experience implementing and monitoring diverse public health programs and health systems strengthening initiatives at national and subnational levels in Nigeria. She is skilled in public health emergency management, capacity strengthening, health policy and systems research, strategy design and implementation, evaluation of health systems, negotiation, stakeholder management, public health communication, and health policy analysis. She has worked with multiple INGOs including USAID, UNICEF, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, HIV and Malaria, Jhpiego, including providing project management consultancy to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control during the C-19 pandemic. Habeebah has received academic, professional and financial recognition and awards for her exceptional performance, diligence and outstanding community service.
